These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mr Clean’s Weekly Wash & Fold Subscription Service (the "Service"). By subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

1. The Service includes the pickup of laundry from your designated address, washing, drying, folding, and delivery of the cleaned laundry back to the same address.
2. The subscription plan covers machine-washable and tumble-dryable garments and towels only. Items that are not garments and towels such as bedsheets, comforters, shoes, or any materials that are not suitable for machine washing or tumble drying are expressly excluded.
3. Each laundry pickup is limited to the maximum weight specified in the package plan. Any excess weight will incur an additional charge of RM7 per kilogram.

Pickup and Delivery

4. Pickup and delivery services are available as specified in the package plan, within designated service hours and days.
5. Subscribers are entitled to a designated number of pickups per their chosen subscription plan. Pickup days are initially set based on the subscriber’s preferences and remain fixed throughout the subscription period, with deliveries scheduled to follow the next pickup day. Time slots may be adjusted within available service hours; however, designated pickup days cannot be modified. For the final pickup of the month, delivery will be scheduled separately.

User Responsibilities

6. You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date account and contact information at all times.
7. You are responsible for ensuring that all items sent for cleaning are suitable for machine washing and tumble drying. Mr Clean will not be liable for damage to items that are unsuitable for these processes.
8. You agree to use the Service responsibly and refrain from engaging in any prohibited activities as defined by Mr Clean.

Payment and Billing

9. By subscribing to the Service, you authorize Mr Clean to charge the subscription fee to your designated payment method in accordance with your subscription plan.
10. All subscription fees are non-refundable, except during any applicable trial period.
11. Charges for exceeding the weight limit specified in the selected plan, or for additional services, will be billed separately.

Compensation for Damaged or Missing Items

12. You must report any damage to or loss of items within 24 hours of receiving your cleaned laundry by contacting Mr Clean customer service.
13. If Mr Clean is found to have been negligent in handling your laundry, you may be entitled to compensation, which may include repair, replacement, or reimbursement.
14. Compensation for damage or loss is limited to a maximum of RM200 within your subscription period, regardless of the total value of the items.

Privacy Policy

Limitation of Liability

16. Mr Clean is not liable for any delay or failure to perform the Service due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you, or your failure to accept pickup, delivery or redelivery as arranged.
17. Mr Clean is not responsible for damage to garments, as items are washed by the load and individual care labels are not inspected. It is your responsibility to ensure that all items sent for cleaning are suitable for machine washing and tumble drying.

Termination and Suspension

18. Mr Clean reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Mr Clean.

Force Majeure

19. Mr Clean will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to water disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental actions.

Changes to the Terms of Service

20. Mr Clean reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any updated Terms.

Language

21. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and Conditions and any translation thereof, the English version shall prevail and take precedence.

Governing Law

22. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
